Returns Policy

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase for any reason then you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. You have 14 days from receiving the product, within which time you may return it. Please notify us before returning the item and also make sure to include your name, address and instructions with the returned item.

The cost of the goods and the original delivery charge, if any, will be refunded, so long as the goods are unused and in saleable condition.

Your postage charges for the return of the goods will not be refunded and the goods are your responsibility until received by us. For returning expensive items we recommend that you use registered post. 


Our aim is to try and guarantee your satisfaction and to this end we endeavour to check that all items are correct before despatch. In the unlikely event that there is something wrong with the order we will try and rectify the problem as quickly as possible. If an item is found to be defective upon receipt we will replace it at our expense as soon as we receive the faulty item back. Guarantee – Most of our products come with a full manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defect, normally for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note this warranty only covers faults caused by manufacturing defect and may not cover any faults which are a result of neglect, miss-use, modification or general wear and tear. If a product becomes faulty during use please contact us and we will advice you how to make a warranty claim. (This does not affect your statutory rights).

Complaints If for any reason you are not totally happy with our goods or services and have a complaint, please email us at sales@tpperformance.co.uk.co.uk. All complaints will be acknowledged personally, within 5 working days. We will endevour to reach a solution with you within 7 working days. All complaints will be logged so that we can monitor them for internal usage only.
